they Designed the touch screen phone in partnership with HTC, Taiwan. HTC is the first Android based Mobile Phone. For triggering the Media Speculation they are decided to give Nexus One to their Employees within next 3 Weeks. This is Google's first Attempt to the Customer Electronics Device.
